Our mission is to provide safe and stable housing in partnership with other community service providers for very low and extremely low income individuals and families experiencing poverty, physical or mental disabilities, and homelessness.

Focusing on extremely low and very low household income as determined by U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)

Permanent Housing

We cater to those that require a permanent housing solution, providing stability over a long period of time.  The locations are managed and controlled by us and we provide rent subsidies.

Individuals and Families

All are welcome to apply for our services. We understand that each situation is unique and we have the resources to fit those needs.

Case Management

It’s not just housing, we look at the bigger picture: Budgeting, health concerns, referrals and collaborating with others.

Property Management

Taking a hands-on, accountable approach to the needs of our clients on an on-going basis.

Community Engagement

For us community engagement is the key to success. We connect with strategic partners in the community that have different strengths than ourselves to maximize positive outcomes.
